Product Description
The Rodbuilders' Republic Wrapper Machine consists of 4 aluminum rails, a 304 stainless steel mandrel, and plugs into a 220V outlet.
The "Dryer" mode rotates the rod to dry the varnish at a speed of 11 revolutions per minute.
The "Wrap" mode allows you to make bindings or wrap a handle at a maximum speed of 480 revolutions per minute (motor speed 6000 rpm).
The speed in "Wrap" mode is adjustable with a speed control knob and a foot pedal.
Possibility of hand-tying by removing the belt
Supplied with a screwdriver, an extra belt, and replacement silicone "pins" for the chuck.
Total length of the 4 assembled rails: 226.5 cm, with a usable length of 200 cm.
If you need to tie a longer rod, you must separate the rails or order an additional rail.Spare parts are available by special order (email).
A 7mm open-end wrench is required to tighten the bolts.
